Richmond Automotive did a great job diagnosing my cars issue. I appreciated the detailed digital inspection, photos, clear explanation of what they found, and the ability to review and approve or decline each recommendation online without feeling pressured. The repair appears to have resolved the problem, and the car is running well. The communication, professionalism, and quality of service made the experience worthwhile.

I started bringing my vehicle hereabout 10 years ago and have
never been disappointed. Very friendly and honest staff.
Reasonable prices.
We just got a 2022 Highlander, this will probably be our last vehicle. Took it in last week to have the transmission serviced.
As always, very happy with the service we received. Will keep coming back.

They did a wonderful job. . The engine cover broke and was dragging as I drove. They fixed it.

Great service and friendly staff! During my inspection, they found a few items that would eventually need attention, but they took the time to explain everything clearly and let me know what could wait. I never felt pressured into making repairs on the spot, which I really appreciated. Their honesty and professionalism earned my trust, and I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back in the future. Highly recommend!

Very quick turn around for them to fix my exhaust, and very reasonably priced. They also didn’t pressure me into additional services which I appreciated. Both people I interacted with at pick up and drop off were very friendly and knowledgeable, and my car sounds a lot better now!

These guys are awesome! Been going to them for a while, but this last time earned my loyalty forever. My work vans transmission went out on a Saturday. They had it replaced by Tuesday night. I’ve never had such expedited work be performed on a vehicle like that in my life. Truly lifesavers.

From start to finish North Richmond Auto Repair did an excellent job in servicing my needs.
Late at night / early morning, I scheduled an appointment for a timing belt replacement.
This was done on line.
That same morning Cordell called me to acknowledge my request and ask for additional
information to service my request. That same day Cordell had me in for service and a status
update. At the end of the day the technician recommended the serpentine and a/c belt should
be replaced at a savings of labor costs.
After my approval for these additional repairs, the technician got it all done (timing belt,
water pump, radiator flush, serpentine belt, a/c belt, all that same day.
This truly impressed me. I picked up my car early morning the next day, all services complete
to my satisfaction. North Richmond Auto Repair will be my only service shop in the future.

They were great! It was very easy to set up and appointment. I loved the communication and how they included pictures/videos of everything in the estimate. It was very easy to approve what I wanted done and deny what I didn’t want; I also liked how they included the prices with included tax on the estimate to see it all. They were quick with the repair and prices were very reasonable! Will definitely be coming back for anything else I need done!

About 2 weeks ago I had a flat tire. I pulled into Richmond street auto, and boy did I get a nice surprise. They put air in my tire and said it couldn’t be fixed and let me park it in the lot til I could get back. Then I had to come back and get some info off the tires. They came out and checked my tread on the rest of the tires for me and they didn’t charge me a thing. So if you are in need of services I recommend Richmond Street Auto highly. These are the two gentleman that helped me. I really appreciate all their help! They were also very friendly.

I need 3 fasteners for under shield on VW Jetta I looked up the price and was given 2 prices for my car 44 and 99 cents each. These guys wanted to charge me 40 plus dollars for the job. That's 40 dollars for labor. That's ridiculous and will be taking my car elsewhere for repairs
